Ms Cara completed higher education at “Luigj Gurakuqi” University in Shkodra, Faculty of Social Sciences and Professional Master in Education Management. She also holds a “Master of Science in Criminal Law” degree and she has obtained various qualifications in the field of education and public administration.

Ms Cara has been part of various social organizations focusing on women and empowering her role in decision-making..

Work experience begins with teaching in the schools of Laç; then she continued her work at the Municipal Council in Kurbin. During the period 2014-2019, Ms Cara conducted the Education Office in Kurbin.
