Capacity Building

Capacity building in local government and strengthening of local administration is one of the main efforts in the performance of public administration reform at the local level.

ALA’s priority is the support of local administration to respond to community expectations and needs for specialized public services.

The preparation and promotion of human resources in the municipalities of the country is a prerequisite for responding to the country’s European integration challenges as well as absorbing EU funds focusing on sustainable development through adaptation of the territorial reform in the country.
